Yes—they absolutely can. Hormonal fluctuations during PMS, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause can dramatically impact mood, sleep, energy, and cognition. We see this all the time during PMS, postpartum, and menopause. Instead of ignoring hormones, we build them into your care plan. That might mean adjusting medication around your cycle or working with your OB-GYN to get everything aligned.
